Overview
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our growth by helping shape and deliver marketing activity across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in showcasing our brand, engaging candidates and clients, and helping position us as a trusted partner in the recruitment space.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Campaigns

Create, schedule, and publish content across social media, email, and the company website.

Support the development of marketing campaigns aimed at attracting both clients and candidates.

Write and edit blogs, job ads, case studies, and success stories.
Brand & Communications

Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Assist with internal and external communications, ensuring messaging is clear and engaging.

Help produce marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and pitch decks.
Digital & Social

Manage social media channels, including content planning, posting, and reporting.

Monitor engagement and performance metrics to identify improvements.

Update the company website and support SEO activity where needed.
Market Research & Insights

Conduct research into client sectors, talent markets, and competitor activity.

Support consultants with insight for pitches, outreach campaigns, and targeted talent searches.
Event Support

Assist in planning and promoting events such as webinars, networking sessions, and client workshops.

Manage logistics, invites, follow-up content, and lead capture.
Admin & Coordination

Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and CRM data.

Liaise with suppliers, freelancers, and platforms to ensure smooth delivery.

Support the wider team with marketing requests and ad-hoc tasks.
Skills & Experience

1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house).

Strong writing and editing skills - able to produce clear, engaging content.

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and managing deadlines.

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, email platforms, and CRM systems.

Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar).

A proactive mindset - someone who spots opportunities and gets stuck in.
