Overview
We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our growth by helping shape and deliver marketing activity across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in showcasing our brand, engaging candidates and clients, and helping position us as a trusted partner in the recruitment space.


Key Responsibilities

Content & Campaigns

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media, email, and the company website.

  • Support the development of marketing campaigns aimed at attracting both clients and candidates.

  • Write and edit blogs, job ads, case studies, and success stories.

Brand & Communications

  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Assist with internal and external communications, ensuring messaging is clear and engaging.

  • Help produce marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and pitch decks.

Digital & Social

  • Manage social media channels, including content planning, posting, and reporting.

  • Monitor engagement and performance metrics to identify improvements.

  • Update the company website and support SEO activity where needed.

Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct research into client sectors, talent markets, and competitor activity.

  • Support consultants with insight for pitches, outreach campaigns, and targeted talent searches.

Event Support

  • Assist in planning and promoting events such as webinars, networking sessions, and client workshops.

  • Manage logistics, invites, follow-up content, and lead capture.

Admin & Coordination

  • Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and CRM data.

  • Liaise with suppliers, freelancers, and platforms to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Support the wider team with marketing requests and ad-hoc tasks.


Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house).

  • Strong writing and editing skills - able to produce clear, engaging content.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and managing deadlines.

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, email platforms, and CRM systems.

  • Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar).

  • A proactive mindset - someone who spots opportunities and gets stuck in.
